Alarms
Alerts are a flexible system designed to meet the needs of different users:
You can disable alerts for a level configured for 1 touch, since those are the least reliable.
-
Detected - notify the moment a level is found and drawn
-
Price in Box - notify when price enters the Box:
In these places the indicator will send a notification on every bar while price is inside the Box.
To avoid spam, there is a built-in notification delay for Price in Box:
You can set the delay in bars(candles) or in minutes. When a bar first enters the Box, an alert is sent and a countdown starts for that level (e.g., 10 bars or 10 minutes). Only after the countdown ends and price re-enters the Box will another alert be sent — and then the countdown restarts.
Example: if you’re at the screen you don’t need alerts every minute or bar — one message every 15 minutes may be sufficient.
-
Box Breakout - notify at the moment the Box is broken and no longer drawn.
Specifically at the moment shown here:
-
Line Breakout - notify when a line is crossed.
In this example 3 line alerts would be triggered by one bar because that bar crossed three lines — rare but gives full control:
